Year 4 have enjoyed the TTRS challenges this week. They have used their IPAD time well to practice the times tables they need to develop fluency in, on ‘Jamming’ mode and challenging each other in the ‘Arena’. The excitement on their faces was delightful! In Literacy, pupils have written a meeting tale selecting features from the toolkit. It is great to see the speech toolkit embedded in their work. After the half term break, Year 4 are looking forward to their new topic – Romans! They are especially looking forward to Roman Day where they will role-play a battle as Celts or Romans!
