Across Year 4, we have been practicing mental strategies for addition and completing a variety of challenges, as well as completing our Star Reader tests.
This week in Year 4, Larch class has begun their round of swimming! They have enjoyed learning to swim, spending time in the pool and are looking forwards to another week of swimming!
The whole of Year 4 have been learning about Diwali, the Festival of Lights. Pupils have been crafting beautiful Diya collages using coloured paper to create mesmerizing images. The children really enjoyed using creative skills to embellish their Diya with different colours and shapes. We have also been learning about bonfire and firework safety to ensure everyone stays safe and enjoys the season. We wish all our families a joyous bonfire night!
