Year 5 have really enjoyed completing their Early Islamic Civilisation topic, writing a biography about a prominent figure and finishing their pattern printing. Year 5 are very much looking forward to their trip after the holidays to Cartwright Hall for an Early Islamic Civilisation workshop. Next half term Year 5 will read the first novel in the Harry Potter series and learn all about materials in Science – sieving, filtering, evaporation and more!
