Year 1 have settled down and are ready for the Spring term. In literacy we have been looking at animals that you will find on an African savannah and writing poems about how they move and the sounds they make. We have continued to solve addition and subtraction calculations in maths using the make 10 first strategy. We have started an exciting topic this week and have been looking at the seven continents that form our world.
