This week in Maths, Year 3 have been focussing on division. The children have enjoyed using their skills in partitioning using the part-part-whole model as a strategy to help them divide two-digit numbers. Some children even had a go at dividing three-digit numbers too! This week has been assessment week, and we have been so proud to see the children show off all of their learning from across the year. They should feel very proud of themselves. We have continued to work on our cloth book in DT and this week have experimented using a paste-resist method to dye fabric. The children rose to the challenge of applying the paste with accuracy so that their design could be revealed with the fabric dye!
