This week has been full of excitement for Year 2. We had a wonderful visit to the woodlands where we acted out scenes from The Fantastic Mr Fox, using expression and teamwork to bring the story to life. In Science, we have been exploring micro and macro habitats, discussing the different animals that live in them and how they are suited to their environments. In English, we have been planning our own versions of The Fantastic Mr Fox, thinking carefully about characters, settings and exciting events. We are really looking forward to writing our story about Mr Mouse and the three farmers next week and sharing our ideas with the class.
