Our 3YN children had a wonderful time celebrating World Book Day this week! The room was full of excitement as the children arrived dressed as their favourite story characters, from magical princesses to very hungry caterpillars, a billy goat gruff, and little peter rabbit. The children loved showing their costumes to their friends and talking about the stories their characters come from. During the day we shared a big story together as a group, which the children listened to with great enthusiasm, and they also spent time exploring a variety of books in our cosy reading area. It was a lovely celebration of stories, imagination, and the joy of reading.
