This week in Year 2, one of the most exciting events was our transition day, where the children met their new teachers and began looking ahead to Year 3 with enthusiasm. We explored capacity and volume using concrete resources, helping children build a strong understanding through hands-on learning. In art, we developed our drawing skills by sketching puffins, focusing on shape and detail. Next week we are looking forward to our Sports day on Friday.
