This week in Year 2, the children have been busy developing a range of exciting skills across the curriculum. In Design and Technology, they practiced their sewing technique by learning how to overstitch, showing great concentration, and improving their fine motor skills. In Maths, children explored fact families, helping them to deepen their understanding of the relationships between numbers. Meanwhile, in Literacy, the children have been using their imaginations to write their own ‘overcoming the monster’ tale, creating brave characters and exciting storylines. It has been a fantastic week of creativity and learning!
