Year 5 have really enjoyed starting their rags to riches narrative learning in Literacy lessons. Pupils have enjoyed reading a model story about Malala and will now innovate this to follow the story of Harry Potter and his use of magic. In topic lessons Year 5 have begun to learn about stories of figures who overcame obstacles, including Marcus Rashford. Next week Year 5 are looking forward to continuing to learn about points of perspective in art lessons ready for their final piece inspired by Diagon Alley.
