The children had lots of fun again in Science, this week testing which materials would be best for a ship’s sail. They tested to see if materials were flexible, strong and waterproof. Year 2 love their Numbots session on a Tuesday afternoon, practising their number facts and should keep using this at home too. The children enjoyed making diya lamps after learning how Diwali is celebrated. After the holidays they are looking forward to starting their next topic all about the Great Fire of London.
