In Year 1, we have started a new maths unit looking at shape and patterns and we have enjoyed recognizing and making our own patterns. We have continued researching woodland animals in literacy and have written our own non-fiction texts about a fox. As part of our tree topic, we have continued to look at the differences between evergreen and deciduous trees. We used this information to draw a picture of a tree from the different categories and write about them.
