Board of Trustees
The Trust has one Board of Directors/Trustees with a skill-set covering school improvement and commercial effectiveness.
The Board ensures schools are held to account and realise the benefits of scale that come from working in partnership.
The Beckfoot Trust Board, the Members of the Company and Committees are responsible for ensuring its compliance with Corporate and Charity legislative requirements.

Local School Committee
Amongst other things, the Local School Committee is responsible for:
- Taking particular responsibility for ensuring:
- Student welfare and well-being
- Staff welfare and well-being
- Family engagement
- To systematically review and survey results related to student well-being, staff well-being and family engagement and ensure continuous improvement.
