This week in IT the children have loved writing two algorithms to make two objects move together across a background. In Maths the children have been continuing their work on fractions. They were working out fractions of amounts to explore how a flag could be covered with different coloured cubes. The children had a lovely time on Monday, tasting fruit and then choosing which fruits they would like to use in their fruit kebab. After the holidays Year 2 are looking forward to starting the new topic, ‘Near and Far’ comparing Bradford with Karachi in Pakistan.
