In 3YN this week, the children have been busy exploring 2D shapes during our maths learning. They had lots of fun during magic bag time, excited to see which shapes were hiding inside and practising naming them, including square, rectangle, triangle, and circle. The learning continued throughout provision, where the children explored shapes in their play and enjoyed having a go at fun matching activities. They were confidently talking about the shapes they were using, showing great enthusiasm and growing confidence in recognising and naming different shapes.
