Our 3YN children have had a wonderful first week back after the half-term holidays! We’ve been enjoying our new story, Brown Bear, Brown Bear, What Do You See? and the children have loved exploring all the different colours from the book. This week, our focus colour has been red, and the children have been busy sorting and identifying red objects around the classroom. In our creative area, they made some beautiful red birds inspired by the story—each one unique and full of imagination. The children also had a fantastic time creating their own fireworks with different painting techniques and talking about the fireworks they had seen during Bonfire Night too. It’s been a bright and colourful start to the new half term!
