Year 3 have really enjoyed studying the artwork of Jackie Rough and practising replicating her style of sketching. The children have drawn features of a woodland setting which they will use to create a final piece inspired by the story Hansel and Gretel. In PE, we have been practising throwing using a chest pass and played a variety of throwing and catching games. Next week, Hazel and Hawthorn classes are looking forward to a DT day where they will taste ingredients and design their own crumble recipe. They will then make their crumble to take home and share with their families.
