Year 4 started the week with an Eid Party to celebrate Eid ul Fitr. Pupils played games and enjoyed delicious snacks. Year 4 have enjoyed writing squirrel poems using similes, alliteration and personification. Their skills in Art were put to the test as they drew a squirrel and applied oil pastels using blending techniques. They were visited by Reverend Chris who shared the Easter story. Pupils used a cuboid net to make their Easter basket and were delighted by their paper craft enhancements. After the half term break, pupils are looking forward to visiting Ilkley as part of their People Equal topic.
