This week in English the children have enjoyed starting their fiction writing unit and learning about how to write a ‘Special Place in Danger’ tale. In P.E. Year 2 had fun practicing their throwing skills, trying to be accurate by aiming at a hoop. In Topic the children have started their ‘Near and Far’ topic and enjoyed learning about Karachi in Pakistan ready to compare it with Bradford. Next week, Year 2 are looking forward to visiting a mosque and learning about all the different things that happen there.
