Year 4 have thoroughly enjoyed applying their art skills to create amazing pieces of dragon art, using watercolours. Their invention stories on conquering a dragon have been a delight to read. Pupils have included expanded noun phrases in descriptions, and a show don’t tell toolkit, with speech, to reveal things about their character’s personality. Year 4 are looking forward to their new topic – Animals, next half term and are excited by the Zoolab visit on the first day back after half term.
