Year 6 have really enjoyed learning about shadows this week in their science lessons. Pupils have experimented with torches, learning about how the distance changes the shadow. Next week, pupils will be conducting an experiment, deciding which material would be best to use to make black out blinds for use during World War 2. Pupils will also enjoy learning about the Holocaust with a visitor whose father traveled on the Kinder Transport.
