Year 5 have really enjoyed starting their new topic about the struggle for England during the Anglo Saxon times. Pupils have completed a map and timeline, showing when this period in history took place and what England looked like during this time. Year 5 have enjoyed starting their new sewing project where they will be creating a space scene, inspired by their previous topic. Pupils have learnt different stitches and will design their pieces next week. Year 5 are looking forward to Aspiration Week next week where they will create their vision boards and think about their bright futures.
