Year 1 have been very excited to return to school this week. We have started a new maths unit looking at numbers within 20 and are encouraging you all to continue to log onto Numbots at home 5 times a week. As part of our topic this half term, we have been looking at how we have changed since we were born and what we can do now that we couldn’t do when we were even younger. We have enjoyed spending time outside playing with autumn leaves and looking at how the season is starting to change as we head towards winter. In literacy we have been planning and writing up some winter poems.
