Year 6 have had a super final week of Autumn 1, completing their unit all about Whitby and the novel Room 13. Pupils in Year 6 have also started their mock SATs papers, taking maths this week. Pupils have shown such a mature attitude and have helped teachers to know where their gaps are so that we can plan and prepare new lessons. Year 6 are very excited about their new unit of learning all about WW1. Pupils will be learning about how the war started, digging their own trenches in our woodland and using water colour paints to create scenes inspired by an artist.
