Over the past few weeks Year 3 have really enjoyed planting conkers in the woodland with Mr Mawson. They had to carefully consider the habitat for their seed so that it would germinate. The children have also loved using them in the mud kitchen to make soups! We have begun our non-fiction writing based on a non-chronological report about foxes. Next week, the children will use all of the knowledge they have learnt about seeds in their Science to write their own non-chronological report.
