This week in Nursery, the children have been busy exploring a range of fun and educational activities. In our fine motor area, they particularly enjoyed threading — creating beautiful patterns and imaginative pieces of pretend jewellery.
The children have also continued to build their early literacy skills by practising writing letters and numbers in our writing areas. In our maths areas, we’ve been busy counting using number pictures and blocks, helping to develop early numeracy through play.
On Monday, our 3-Year Nursery children celebrated the end of a fantastic year with a special performance. They sang their songs beautifully and made us all so proud!
A huge thank you to all the parents and carers who joined us for the celebration, and for your ongoing support throughout the year. We’ve had a wonderful time learning and growing together.
We’re looking forward to enjoying our final two days together next week. Wishing you all a happy, restful summer, and the very best of luck to the majority of our children as they begin the next exciting part of their journey in Reception!
