This week in 3YN, the children have been deepening their understanding of journeys. They’ve explored the different ways we travel across land, air, and sea, and have been learning all about maps — what they are, what they look like, and how they can help us on our journeys.
The children even had a go at drawing their own maps, ready for an exciting outdoor learning hunt next week, where they’ll use their maps to guide their adventures!
In Creative, the children focused on building their very own garages for vehicles, developing their design and construction skills through imaginative play.
Our Sign of the Week has been ‘boat’. The children have been learning to sign and sing the well-loved nursery rhyme ‘Row, Row, Row Your Boat’.
