YR #11 Hooray for Horticulture!
This week in Reception we have been using the watering cans to transport the water to the vegetable growing box, as we know a plant needs water to be able to grow. We have been so impressed with how much our competition plants have grown; we hope the judges are impressed when they visit next month. We have also continued our learning about the story ‘The Little Red Hen’ where we have been writing sentences about what the hen is doing. Can you write sentences at home and send them to your teachers on Seesaw? Only a few days left until the chicks should hatch. I wonder if we have any chicks when we return to school on Monday morning?
