School Accessibility Policy

Beckfoot Heaton Primary School and Nursery is committed to providing a fully accessible environment which values and includes all pupils, staff, parents and visitors regardless of their education, physical, sensory, social, spiritual, emotional and cultural needs. We are committed to challenging negative attitudes about disability and accessibility and to developing a culture of awareness, tolerance and inclusion.

Accessibility Action Plan

In addition to our SEND offer, we also follow the Beckfoot Trust’s SEND policy.

This policy outlines the framework for Beckfoot Trust to meet its duty and obligations to provide a high quality education to all of its pupils, including pupils with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND), and to do everything it can to meet the needs of pupils with SEND.
