Admissions for Reception - Year 6

Beckfoot Heaton Primary & Nursery has adopted the Bradford Metropolitan District Council (BDMC) admissions policy for entry into reception classes.

Admissions for our 2 and 3 year nurseries

2 year nursery - please contact to discuss whether your child may be eligible for a place in our 2 year nursery

3 year nursery - we maintain a waiting list for admission to our Nursery. We admit 120 children each September into Nursery. We offer 15 hours per week and this can be taken as either morning sessions or afternoon sessions.  We offer 30 hours fully funded places.  

Children attending our nursery are not guaranteed a place in reception class.

A separate application must be made to the Local Authority which is responsible for allocating places in our Reception class.
